Meet the Fresno Team Behind Alden Insulation Fresno
We’re a local crew, not a call center. When you book attic insulation, blown-in insulation, or insulation removal in Fresno, the people who show up live here, work here, and understand what a Central Valley summer does to a house. Most of us have been in attics across Fresno, Clovis, Madera, and the foothills long enough to know exactly what we’ll find before we even climb the ladder. What binds us is The Garrison Standard, the operating code our parent company has used since 2002. Every one of us is background-checked, uniformed, and held to it. No exceptions.
Our People
Bryce Holloway, Owner
Bryce has been with Alden Insulation Fresno long enough to have seen every attic problem this valley can produce, from 140-degree blow-in jobs in July to homes in the Tower District where the original insulation predates indoor plumbing. He runs the Fresno location as an independent owner, but he’s held to The Garrison Standard on every job, which is exactly how he wants it. Bryce is the person who signs off on every written price before a crew rolls out. He still climbs into attics to check work, because he says the guarantee is only as good as the person standing behind it. If your attic smells like a pizza oven in July, Bryce has seen it before and knows what to do about it.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has spent 12 years installing and removing insulation across Fresno County, and he’s the guy we send when a house has a problem that isn’t obvious. He specializes in air sealing and knows how to read an attic’s R-value in about thirty seconds of looking at what’s already up there. Marcus holds manufacturer certifications with Owens Corning and Johns Manville, and he’s the one training our newer techs on blown-in application. He’s also a serious barbecue guy, which means he talks about heat in two contexts: what’s trapped in your attic and what’s in his smoker. His first question on every job is the same: “What’s the house doing that you don’t like?”
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena joined us after five years working residential insulation in the Bay Area, and she brought a level of precision with her that changed how we do installs. She’s our lead on insulation removal and replacement, especially in older Fresno homes where the existing material is compacted, contaminated, or just plain done. Elena is certified on Rockwool and CertainTeed products, and she’s the one who checks every attic against the R-value target before we call a job complete. She keeps a physical notebook of every house she’s worked on, and she can tell you the attic layout of a home she did three years ago better than most people can recall their own living room.
Daniel S., Service Coordinator
Daniel is the voice on the phone when you call (559) 666-2260, and he’s the reason you’ll never leave a voicemail and wait for a callback. He schedules every job, makes sure technicians arrive inside the window we gave you, and turns the written estimate around before anyone steps foot in your home. Daniel grew up in Fresno and knows the neighborhoods, which means when you say “the part of Sunnyside with the big oak trees,” he knows exactly where you are. He’s also the one who tracks every guarantee in our system, so when a 365-Day Done Right Promise claim comes in, Daniel is the one who gets a crew scheduled before you’ve hung up the phone. He drinks an alarming amount of cold brew and is unashamed about it.
Leo M., Apprentice Technician
Leo is our newest team member, and Bryce has him working directly under Marcus until his training is complete. He’s learning blown-in insulation, air sealing, and removal the right way, which means hours in the attic in August and a lot of questions on the drive back. Leo handles our materials for Knauf, Icynene, Demilec, and GreenFiber, which means he can tell you the difference between open-cell and closed-cell spray foam without reading it off a brochure. Outside work, he’s a runner, so he’s the only one of us who can spend six hours in a 115-degree attic and still have energy for a 10k on Saturday. We don’t understand it either.
One Standard, Every Job
The Garrison Standard is what keeps a Fresno attic job identical in process to one in any other Alden location, whether it’s two hours north or across the state. It starts with a written price before work begins. That number is what you pay, full stop. It means the insulation brands we install are ones you can research yourself: Owens Corning, Johns Manville, Knauf, Rockwool, CertainTeed, Icynene, Demilec, and GreenFiber. And it means every repair and installation carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing. If the work fails within a year, we come back at no charge. That’s not a sales line. It’s how this crew has operated since 2002, and it’s how we’ll operate on your house tomorrow.
